Competitive compensation with bonus potential Opportunities for advancement and continued education Team-focused culture that values your expertise State-of-the-art equipment and facilities Commitment to doing things the right way—every time What You’ll Do Diagnose and perform repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles Use diagnostic tools and vehicle systems to accurately identify issues Follow manufacturer guidelines to complete repairs to standard Document work clearly and thoroughly on repair orders Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized Perform routine services including oil changes, fluid checks, brake jobs, and tire rotations Support a high standard of customer satisfaction through reliable, efficient work Qualifications BMW Training preferred ASE or equivalent certifications preferred Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills Excellent communication and customer service mindset High school diploma or GED required Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Critz Auto Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
