Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered
Nurse (RN) to join our Progressive Care Unit (PCU). As a part of
our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to work in a

growth and development. Provide direct and individualized nursing
care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing
principles. Monitor patient health conditions, assess their needs,
and document symptoms and vital signs. Administer medications,
maintain accurate patient records, and implement plans of care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate integrated
and comprehensive care. Participate in health education and
promotion activities to improve patient health outcomes. Respond to
medical emergencies and provide intervention as needed. Strong
ability to work well in high-stress environments Exceptional
interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency with electronic
medical record (EMR) systems In-depth knowledge of disease
management and treatment techniques specific to a progressive care
unit Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license in the state of
employment. BLS Certification required. ACLS Certification
preferred.
