Job Description:

This REMOTE - Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Position offers:--- Great Pay up to $120K--- Excellent Benefits--- Fully Remote (work/life balance)The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager is instrumental in building and leading the analytical and proactive planning process, as well as enhancing overall company decision making and profitability. An ideal candidate will have the ability to build and manage a new team, executing the coordination of multiple projects within required time-frames and expectations. Candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to function as a remote leader working with a distributed team.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:--- Analyze and interpret Financials and GL Account data for discrepancies and variances--- Work with various stakeholders, developing new reporting and dashboards--- Forecast available cash and track weekly performance--- Develop Annual Budget and perioding forecasts, ---what if--- scenarios and comparing results to plans--- Work closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's long-term and short-term objectives--- Develop pricing models--- Work with Business Unit leaders to build their annual budgets and forecasts--- Produce models to project long growth plans, factoring in various business drivers--- Analyze financial and operational results to better understand company performance--- Utilizing BI tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance--- Communicate to senior management the reasons behind the product/department performance and results--- Provide detailed analysis and commentary on overall company and specific business unit results--- Review operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives--- Assist in preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions--- Review existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts--- Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future planning methodology--- Communicate results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction, revenue generation and streamlining operations--- Provide insights to senior management around financial modelling, forecasts, and profitability--- Manage a team of Financial/Business AnalystsMinimum Qualification:--- Bachelor---s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field--- Experience working in with a high-deductible/loss-sensitive insurance (specifically WC) programs or PEO highly desired--- Experience with accounting/planning/BI systems is required--- Master---s Degree a plus--- Minimum 5 years of related experience--- Exceptional leadership skills--- Expert level experience with Excel--- Experience with accounting and/or financial analysis--- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills--- Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Apply for this great position as a Remote - Financial Planning & Analysis Manager today!
