As a Hospitality Controller, you will be responsible for managing financial operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting for our hospitality business. • Manage financial operations for the hospitality business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to the management team
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Manage payroll and employee benefits through Paylocity
• Work closely with the QuickBooks team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and banks
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in financial operationsQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality finance or related field
  • Experience with QuickBooks and Paylocity required
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Experience with financial statement preparation and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and organized
