Job Description:
A company is looking for a Project Manager for Budgeting,
Scheduling, and Strategic Support.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage high-level budgets and schedules for commercial
real estate projects
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop block plans and test fits
for projects
Conduct market research and analysis to provide data-driven
insights for client strategy discussions
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture,
Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in project management, budgeting, scheduling, and
strategy development in commercial real estate
Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite,
and relevant industry tools
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
