Blackbaud is seeking a passionate business development executive with demonstrated experience and expert knowledge specific to finance and accounting software solutions to lead revenue growth and market share expansion to nonprofit clients. This position is responsible for overseeing all sales activities within a new solutions area focused on Supply Chain Management / ERP in the Enterprise Business Unit in an overlay capacity and will report to the Director of Sales. This quota carrying position will have responsibility for sales bookings across multiple sales teams within Blackbaud. Success in this position will require the incumbent to be capable in the following: Industry expert/solution expert in non-profit accounts Experience with selling supply chain management / ERP solutions Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Ability to directly establish "C" level relationship sales pursuits across a variety of non-profit customers and prospects Leveraging and mentoring the resources of the multiple sales teams across multiple vertically aligned prospective and current customers The Financial and Accounting Solutions Manager will also have the following list of responsibilities: Be a sales overlay across the various sales teams and heavily engaged in all large, complex, or strategic pursuits Work with sales reps throughout the Enterprise Business Unit to win business Being fully educated and serve as a customer-facing industry expert specific to Blackbaud non-profit supply chain management solutions (customer needs, trends, competitive differentiators, key reports, critical integrations, etc.) Assist in building market strategies with Sales Executives, Sales Management and Marketing personnel Provides sales forecasting information to Sales Management Act as the voice of the customer specific to product improvements and or unmet customer needs Development of large pursuit sales tools and process improvement documents Coordination and inclusion of appropriate Sales Management involvement pertaining to sales pursuits and/or process Required Experience: The successful Solutions Manager will have high analytical and conceptual abilities that enable her/him to recognize and define customer issues and opportunities for improvement.
