  • Check completed work for errors or duplicate information before submitting the final product
  • Preserve detailed records of tasks, files, and progress
  • Investigate reports and sheets of data
  • Track down further information for documents that are deemed incomplete
  • Review and remove nonessential data as well as combine data from multiple sources
  • Categorize information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems
  • Explore the internet for informationRequirements
    • Capable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
    • Consistent typing accuracy
    • Proven knowledge of navigating basic office equipment and protocols
    • Well-founded grasp of Basic Computer Skills
    • Data entry experience
    • Practical knowledge of filing
    • Experience with Data Management
    • Strong familiarity with Data Cleaning
    • Solid understanding of Compiling Data
    • Computer Data Entry experience required
    • General familiarity with Document Scanning
    • Ability to multitask effectively
