Job Description:

  • The Renewal Administrative Assistant is responsible for the daily activities of the renewal process and paper work of the leasing operations.
  • Responsible for all leasing functions, including reviewing paperwork, and negotiating lease transactions and agreements.
  • Review all documents pertaining to leasing process for accuracy before updating the information into systems.

    Job Requirements: Required experience:
    • Associate degree in Business; Non-Manager, one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • 2+ years of multi-family and/or single-family rental homes experience
    • 1 - 2 yrs. Leasing Experience
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook Excel and Word; knowledge of prospect and resident management systems is preferred.
    • Prior administrative experience
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
