We invite you to meet our talented team and discover the true meaning of Southern Hospitality.Job Duties:Verify all invoices and communicate with department managers to solve any discrepancies.Enter all invoice data in accounting software and process payments.Scan and index a high volume of invoices and documents into the company database.Assist with other projects as needed.The ideal candidate will possess:Prior accounts payable or receivable experienceHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office products - especially ExcelPrior experience with Sage Accounting software a plusHighly organized and possess a high level of attention to detailAble to work as a team with a fluid resultMust be available to work Tuesdays and one other day of the week.
