Job Description:
Seeking a registered nurse with a valid New Mexico or Compact
license, BLS certification (or within 2 weeks of hire), and other
required certifications within 6 months. Must have knowledge
suitable to the patient population, respect patient rights, and
communicate effectively. Responsibilities include providing patient
care under supervision from the Patient Care Director or Manager.
Work involves exposure to bloodborne pathogens, infectious
diseases, and x-rays, in a clean, ventilated environment with
flexible hours and potential stress. Physical demands include
handling emergencies, extensive standing/walking, patient
positioning, reaching, stooping, and fine motor skills. Must be
able to judge distances, see peripherally, distinguish colors, and
hear/see within normal limits.
