Job Description:

This Paralegal Position Features:



Looking for an experienced Paralegal. The ideal candidate will Research law, investigate facts and prepare documents to assist Legal Operations.. Education and/or Experience: - AA preferred



Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. - 5+ years paralegal experience ideal.



Must have demonstrated advanced knowledge and ability to work with MS Office. - Knowledge of PACER preferred. - Excellent written, interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills. Language Skills: - Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents. Reasoning Ability: - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:



Certified paralegal preferred. Must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug screen. Only candidates with the experience required will be contacted for interviews.
