Position Overview: GoodUnited, the fastest-growing nonprofit tech startup, ever, is hiring a Growth Marketing leader to develop a team of demand gen Marketers. You and your team will evolve our lead gen engine and the tools and tactics used to reliably and repeatedly build and measure pipeline. We're seeking a demand gen leader who is a whiz at building measurable, repeatable campaigns, who understands how to test and learn and lead a team of early and mid-career digital marketers to do the same. If you're diligent, data-driven, with a strong track record of talent development and coaching, and passionate about saving the world by arming nonprofits like the American Cancer Society, The Trevor Project and Wounded Warrior Project with a solution to effectively fundraise on social media, we want you. You'll have ownership of the marketing tech stack and coaching the team responsible for it. Your team will contribute meaningfully and measurably to revenue by strengthening our lead gen pipeline through programs that engage and mature qualified buyers in the nonprofit sector. You'll work closely with content, product and brand marketing to influence content you need to run effective demand gen programs.You'll strengthen the relationships between Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. You'll make the people you work with and those who work for you better, through your investment and insight.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, test and optimize our Total Qualified Lead (TQL) pipeline which we manage in Hubspot
  • Drive inbound lead gen growth and outbound acquisition to achieve our revenue targets which we monitor via OKRs
  • Manage campaigns across channels to drive demand, adoption and retention
  • Partner with Sales team to generate and scale pipeline
  • Gather, analyze, publish and make decisions Marketing data
  • Build and lead a demand gen team
  • Analyze and adapt our Addressable Market based on Product development and Sales and Marketing patterns Requirements:
    • 2+ years of experience as Head of Growth or Senior Growth Marketer
    • 3+ years of experience in demand generation or marketing operations
    • Expertise in digital tactics: SEO, SEM, PPC, Social, Email; Experience with Drift and Retargeting campaigns a plus
    • Expertise in process automation and CRMs -- Hubspot experience/certification appreciated
    • Familiarity with B2B SaaS, product-led growth and/or at a tech startup
    • Experience with experimentation and A/B testing
    • Confidence leading teams
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Excellent data management skills
    • Experience working for or volunteering with a nonprofit addressing a cause you're passionate about; a missional mindset
