Status: Exempt

The Marketing Coordinator role will support the development and execution of our marketing strategies. The Marketing Coordinator ensures marketing activities are in alignment with Company strategy and business performance.

Responsibilities:

    • Assists with internal and external marketing efforts including email campaigns, social media, advertising, and others, as assigned.
    • Updates/manage marketing materials and presentations.
    • Prepare/release internal companywide communication.
    • Partner with various Departments to ensure they have marketing materials, merchandising and other items to help meet company goals.
    • Responsible for press releases through various social media channels
    • Assists with corporate development projects to enhance marketing results and improve client experience.
    • Responsible for maintaining the visual design, site navigation and content of the company's intranet.
    • Track, analyze, and develop dashboards for marketing, business development and customer service KPIs
    • Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter), including tracking and reporting performance
    • Deploy marketing campaigns by collaborating with stakeholders for details, target audience and creative execution
    • Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities and track progress with team.
      Minimum Education:
      • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
      • Minimum of one year of related experience

        Skills and Experience:
        • Independent creative thinking and problem solving
        • Organization, planning and time management skills with a "we can do it together" attitude
        • Graphic design
        • Video editing
        • Excellent written and oral communication skills
