The Maintenance Supervisor will manage all aspects of maintenance in our facilities, ensuring machinery and equipment run with maximum efficiency and safety. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of maintenance operations within the construction materials industry. Oversee daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring all equipment and facilities are functioning optimally. Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods. Monitor inventory of materials and equipment. Lead, train, and manage maintenance team members to achieve department and company goals. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Work closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance and repair work. Prepare and control annual maintenance budget. Manage emergency repairs swiftly and efficiently. Strong leadership and organizational skills Proficiency in maintenance management systems In-depth knowledge of construction industry equipment Ability to analyze and solve complex technical issues Strong communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) preferred OSHA Safety Training Certification
