Entry-Level Project Manager Location: Kiawah Island / Greater
Charleston Area Full-Time | $65,000–$85,000 Bonus | Growth
Opportunity Are you ready to launch your career with one of
Charleston’s premier custom home builders? We’re seeking a
motivated Entry-Level Project Manager to join our award-winning
construction team. You’ll have the opportunity to learn directly
from a seasoned builder and be hands-on with luxury home projects
across Kiawah Island and the surrounding areas. What You’ll Do:
Assist in managing ground-up residential construction projects
(2,800–7,000 sq ft) Coordinate with subcontractors, architects,
engineers, and surveyors Support client communications, updates,
and on-site meetings Help maintain construction schedules, budgets,
and quality control Learn the full project cycle — from plans to
punch list — under expert mentorship ? Who We’re Looking For: 2
years of construction experience Hungry to learn, take initiative,
and grow within the company Strong communicator – personable,
professional, and responsive Tech savvy – comfortable with
iPhone/iPad, Windows, and software tools Well-presented, organized,
and detail-oriented Comfortable working flexible hours and being
available when needed (including holidays) Construction-related
degree is a plus, but not required What We Offer: Competitive
