What Youll Do Perform hands-on facilities and property maintenance work Work on residential and commercial properties Use professional tools and equipment Apply technical skills learned during technical college training Identify and solve maintenance issues on site Learn how jobs are planned, executed, and completed Work as part of a crew and see results every day No two days look exactly the same.
