The great part of this position is that it provides a smooth transition for entry level automotive technicians who also enjoy the customer service and sales portion of the business. Responsibilities include but aren't limited too: Explaining services and pricing in order to achieve high customer satisfaction, which can lead to increased revenues. Filling in staffing voids, as directed by customer flow, and assisting in oil change process. Presenting all promotional materials to customers and completing services sold. Performing preventive maintenance fluid services on vehicles.
