Job Description Job Description Bachelor's or Master's degree in
School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1
years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A part-time
school psychologist position is available for the current school
year at a K-12 school located in North Charleston, SC. This
contract role offers the opportunity to provide essential
psychological services to students, supporting their academic,
social, and emotional development within a collaborative
educational environment. Responsibilities: - Conduct psychological
assessments and evaluations for students to identify learning needs
and develop intervention plans - Collaborate with teachers,
parents, and school staff to create supportive strategies that
enhance student success - Provide counseling and crisis
intervention as needed to support student well-being - Participate
in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to individualized
education program (IEP) development - Maintain accurate records and
comply with state and federal regulations regarding student privacy
and assessment Qualifications: - Active South Carolina State
Psychologist License required - Experience working with K-12
student populations preferred - Strong assessment, diagnostic, and
counseling skills - Ability to communicate effectively with
students, families, and school personnel - Commitment to supporting
diverse student needs with cultural sensitivity Position Details: -
Location: North Charleston, South Carolina - Schedule: Part-time
(.5 FTE) - Duration: Immediate start through May 29, 2026 -
Caseload and age groups to be determined within the K-12 range
