Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity is for a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support K-12 students
within district-wide educational programs in the Charleston, SC
area. The position is based onsite and focuses on delivering
behavior intervention services across multiple schools yet to be
confirmed. The contract is set for the current school year with an
anticipated start date as soon as possible through May 29, 2026.
Key responsibilities include: - Implementing behavior assessment
and intervention plans aligned with best practices and the needs of
students - Collaborating with educators, families, and
interdisciplinary teams to support positive behavioral outcomes -
Monitoring progress and adjusting strategies based on data
collection and analysis - Maintaining compliance with BACB
standards and ethical guidelines Qualifications: - Active BCBA
certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
(BACB), verified via bacb.com - Experience serving school-aged
youth (K-12), with caseload details to be determined - Effective
communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with school
