Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites new graduates to apply for our Nurse
Residency Program, designed to provide intense postgraduate
training to newly licensed nurses. We are dedicated to providing
cutting-edge patient care and fostering an environment where
graduates can refine their nursing skills, engage with a peer
network, and receive mentorship from seasoned nurse professionals.
As a part of our comprehensive program, residents will rotate
through various medical departments, gaining exposure and
specialized experience that aligns with our commitment to enhancing
care and improving lives at our nearly 2,000 care sites across the
nation. Participate in comprehensive nurse training within multiple
specialized departments. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered
care in line with established protocols and HCA standards. Engage
in learning modules and structured mentorship programs to enhance
nursing skills and knowledge. Document patient care services by
charting in patient and department records. Collaborate with
healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and assess patient
care plans. Strong clinical skills Excellent verbal and written
communication Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
Critical thinking and quick decision-making Empathetic and
patient-focused approach Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) preferred
