HCA Healthcare invites new graduates to apply for our RN Residency Program, designed to provide invaluable experiences and support the transition from new graduate to professional nurse. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced mentors in a range of clinical settings and enhance your skills at a pace set by our clinically advanced and dedicated education teams. This residency encompasses comprehensive classroom education, realistic simulation learning, and on-the-job clinical training spread across various departments. Throughout the program, you will learn to manage patient care effectively using the latest medical technology in caring for a diverse patient population. Participate actively in all training sessions, skills labs, and scheduled rotations. Apply evidence-based healthcare practices shown in training. Assist in patient assessments and contribute to patient care planning and implementation. Work collaboratively with experienced nurses and healthcare team members. Maintain accurate patient documentation as per hospital protocol. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment High level of professionalism and ethical practice Capability to utilize diverse hospital technology and software Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of employment Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
