Job Description:
Freedom Church is seeking compassionate and responsible Child
Care Workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have
experience in early childhood education, a passion for working with
young children, and a commitment to fostering a positive,
Christ-centered learning environment. Responsibilities: - Provide
care and supervision for babies through School aged children for
events at the church. - Implement plans and activities as outlined
by the Freedom Care Coordinator. - Maintain a safe, clean, and
organized classroom environment. - Communicate effectively with
kids, parents, and staff. - Uphold the values and mission of
Freedom Church. Qualifications: - Experience in early childhood
education preferred. - Strong interpersonal and communication
skills. - Ability to manage a classroom and engage young children
in learning activities. - Flexibility and adaptability to work in
various classroom settings. - A heart for serving children and
contributing to their spiritual and educational development.
