What You Will Be Doing

Working with development teams to Implement DevOps principles, practices and methodologies

Writing and maintaining documentation on infrastructure, systems and disaster recovery procedures

Implement and extend High Availability hosting infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, etc

Troubleshooting a mix of issues on production environments hosted various ways

Constructing and supporting highly-available production workloads supporting well-known online brands

Building and supporting infrastructure systems throughout their conception, development and ongoing operational support

Supporting distributed development teams within existing tooling and frameworks used to build PHP based eCommerce driven applications

Developing improvements to internal infrastructure supporting the various operational systems used throughout the organization

Implementing SLDC management systems, pipelines, and reporting tools

What You Need for this Position

4+ years overall technical experience coming up through software development ranks (non-infrastructure)

2+ years experience working with AWS, GCP and/or Azure

2+ years DevOps experience building out CI/CD pipelines and related developer tooling

2+ years administering Linux systems configuration)

Ability to function independently, pro-actively engage others, and see what needs to be done

[Optional] Development experience in Magento 1 and/or Magento 2
