  • Prepare preliminary and final design work for site development projects.
  • Perform storm drainage, water, and sewer calculations and reports.
  • Create complex construction drawings and details using AutoCAD or Carlson applications.
  • Oversee sub-consultants
  • Provide due diligence and feasibility studies
  • Manage all aspects of project development from programming through construction administration
  • Create and track project budgets, proposals, and schedules
  • Manage client relationsRequired Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited College/University
    • EIT or PE license
    • Ability to collaborate with in-house Engineers, Landscape Architects, and Surveyors.
    • Must have a valid US Driver's License.
    • Skill in operating various specialized software, including AutoCAD or Carlson, HydroCAD, ICPR, Microsoft Office/Excel.Preferred Qualifications:
      • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
