Perform condition assessments and structural inspections. Document observations in a thorough, legible, and methodical manner. Prepare reports, which include photo documentation that summarize site observations. Inspections will include buildings, waterfront facilities, municipal infrastructure, bridges, and special structures. Perform structural analysis and design for rehabilitation and strengthening of existing facilities and new design of industrial and municipal structures. Perform construction oversight and field documentation. Coordinate design efforts with various other professional disciplines including site/civil, geotechnical, surveying, hydrogeological, and environmental. Complete projects and handle multiple tasks appropriately while maintaining quality results. Understand scheduling, cost control, estimating, and meeting client commitments. Develop and use early warning systems to determine when results are not on target and take corrective action.Qualifications: BS in Civil Engineering required 2+ years experience with structural engineering preferred Construction management experience and knowledge of surveying principals are a plus EIT required. Ability to obtain PE licensure within 4 years. Excellent oral and written communication skills Word and Excel experience required AutoCAD experience preferredInterested in hearing more?
