Job Description:

A company is looking for an Escalation Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:

Resolve complex technical issues for key customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer problems
Mentor and onboard new team members

Qualifications:

7+ years of relevant experience
Experience in systems engineering, troubleshooting, and storage engineering
Proficiency in coding/scripting languages such as Java, Python, or C++
Experience with large-scale databases and cloud services
Ability to handle highly technical and escalated cases independently
