Job Description Job Description Job Title: Mechatronics & Robotics Technician Job Description As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the Operations Maintenance team by repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems throughout the building. You will have the opportunity to install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. Additionally, you will mentor junior technicians to help them grow in their roles. Responsibilities Repair and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and Pneumatic Systems. Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment. Mentor junior technicians and supervise maintenance. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues. Manage risk and maintain material handling equipment, sorters, and robotics. Essential Skills Experience in maintenance management and preventative maintenance planning. Proficiency in conveyor maintenance and automation control systems. Skills in data analysis and project management. Knowledge of six sigma and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). 2 years of experience in predictive and preventative maintenance procedures. 2 years of experience in repairing MHE, automated conveyor systems, or related mechanical/controls equipment. 2 years of experience in reading blueprints and electrical schematics. 1 years of experience with Microsoft Office products and applications. High school or equivalent diploma. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in mentoring junior technicians. Experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. Demonstrated experience in adhering to safety standards. Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, nights, and holidays. Why Work Here?
