We are looking to bring on a Senior Superintendent to join our team in Charleston, SC! If you are a Senior Superintendent with Multi-family experience, please read on! What you will do: Multi-Family New Construction Projects Podiums, Wraps and Garden-style Manage projects from start to finish Work side by side with Project Management team Work with upper leadership to ensure project success Work with clients so projects meet their needs What you need: 7 years of Superintendent experience 5 years of Multi-family Experience High School Diploma Benefits Competitive base ($150,000-$170,000) Bonus Auto Allowance, Cell, Laptop 401K Company Match Full Medical, Dental & Vision 15 Days PTO 9 Paid Holidays FSA, HSA options Life & Disability Insurance Options - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
