As the Content Marketing Manager of Blackbaud's Foundation vertical, your mission is to drive engagement with customers and potential customers. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and knows how to balance "thinking big" with "getting stuff done." -- The Content Marketing Manager, Foundations is primarily responsible for developing and executing the content marketing and engagement strategy in the vertical. This includes defining the buyer personas, developing persona insights, defining the buyer's journey and developing the content strategy to engage those buyers.Vertically-Oriented Persona Definitions/Insights Obtain a deep understanding of buyers at foundation organizations, including operational challenges, content consumption behaviors, and information requirements.Develop a keen understanding of the competition, industry influencers and decision makers.Identify topics of interest to the audience and its lexicon in order to feed downstream content creation and inform search engine marketing tactics and inbound marketing strategies. Vertically-Oriented Buyer's Journey Maps & Calendar Develop persona journey mapsManage buyer's journeys for each personaAdvise internal stakeholders (demand gen, marketing services, events, brand, customer success etc.) on key buyer insights to inform campaigns, event presence, PR, and media placements.
