Finance Coordinator
Individual needed to provide support to finance department to include distribute and track agency purchase orders and credit cards, reconcile SNAP benefits, supplemental Insurance and primary insurance to the employee withholding, reconcile consumer checkbooks in accordance with DDSN Standards, process all bank deposits, coding and data entry. The individual must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to set priorities; should have excellent working knowledge in the use of office hardware and software; must have the ability to respond positively to personnel, consumers of the agency, and other contacts of the department. Individual will also assist with daily operations of agency switch board which consist of a multi-line phone system. Educational requirements are high school diploma and five years of proven office management experience; or Associate degree in office management and three years of experience.

Salary Range: $12.00 - $14.00 Per Hour Monday-Friday 8 AM-4:30 PM (40 Hours) Full Time
