WHO YOU ARE You are responsible for leading the team with overseeing all aspects of the company's IT projects and analysis work. You and your team strive to support the business by managing the delivery and prioritization of projects that allow the business to continue to grow. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY Manage a team of talented associates Manage a team of talented associates --- Coach, mentor and leading your team daily --- Prioritizing workloads and assigning tasks that are in line with the department and team goals --- Holding yourself and your team accountable for deadlines and budgets Project Management --- Responsible for IT Project Management in the US, Canada and Latin America --- Goal and deliverable definition --- Predictive analytics of resources needs and changes on projects --- Maintaining project timelines, budgets, and status updates --- Top notch communication with stakeholders on project statuses --- Driving resources, both IT and non-IT, to stay on schedule and on budget Manage money as if it is your own (responsibly) --- Planning for spending well ahead of time --- Spending within approved budgets --- Justifying expenses with clear and concise information WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR --- Strong leadership and can do attitude with previous experience in Infrastructure management-- --- Project Management Experience of 7-10+ years related to IT systems --- Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to form good relationships for outside team members --- Strong organizational skills to effectively balance competing priorities-- --- Proven ability to creatively solve problems, challenges and opportunities-- --- Some travel may be required EXTRA EXTRAS --- Experience with ERP implementations --- Experience with Microsoft D365 a plus --- Experience with Microsoft Project or other project management tool --- Experience working with and communicating with senior business stakeholders WHY JOIN US Our mission is simple - to inspire and empower people everywhere to make joy through cooking.
