OFRO works as an enabler to support Firm, Line of Service, and Platform/Practice Team Leadership, and collaborates with Global and other Territory Risk Management teams, Office of the General Counsel, Independence, Ethics & Compliance and other client service and infrastructure teams. The Director demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing client service solutions for which risk management support and guidance will be provided to client service partners/teams. The Director demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing risk management policy expertise, assumes leadership roles, and will work on firm level and solution level initiatives.This role will provide leadership and support to the firm 's Cloud & Digital Platform client service teams and demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:
    • Advising client service teams in complex risk management matters such as engagement-related consultations, contract reviews, new product/service-related initiatives, and other risk management matters as they arise;
    • Developing requirements and collaborating with other firm enablers to implement various risk-management and/or other related business process systems as an enabler and/or through simplification initiatives;
    • Preparing and presenting on risk management and quality matters to client service teams and other enablers;
    • Being comfortable challenging others and being challenged; and,
    • Communicating clearly and concisely in verbal and written communication including the utilization of Google Suite to draft and review documents, analyze data, and prepare related presentations.Thought leader-level knowledge in utilizing creative problem-solving abilities and a consistent consultant mindset, and a proven ability to research problems and/or issues and develop effective solutions for initiatives related to risk management, quality and independence policies and guidance, and the application of these policies and guidance to new strategies and/or other initiatives and with consideration of changing business needs.Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts identifying and addressing client needs:
      • Building solid relationships with clients and all levels of leadership;
      • Collaborating within and external to one's own team;
      • Influencing outcomes; developing an awareness of Firm services;
      • Approaching initiatives in an organized and knowledgeable manner;
      • Delivering clear requests for information;
      • demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks
      • Developing strategy as well as write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently; to and/or for all levels of audiences, clients and/or internal staff and management;
      • Developing and implementing multiple programs and initiatives balancing resources across projects;

      • Demonstrating thought leader-level abilities as a team leader: supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust; seeking diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation; participating in various staff recruitment and retention activities; and coaching staff including providing timely meaningful written and verbal feedback.
