GoodUniteds Senior Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for cultivating deep and wide relationships with some of the largest nonprofit organizations in the world, ensuring that their needs and expectations are heard and understood by our teams. Through building rapport and active listening, they connect our customers jobs, pains, and gains to our Value Proposition, driving revenue through upsells and renewals.

What does a Senior Enterprise Account Manager do at GoodUnited?:

  • Cultivates relationships as a trusted advisor to GoodUnited's largest customers
  • Understands the true jobs, pains, and gains of the customer to secure renewal opportunities
  • Creates new business opportunities within GoodUnited's current customer base by educating them on our Value Proposition
  • Monitors and identifies product utilization trends and collaborates with cross-functional teams to build strategic adoption plans for customers

    Requirements

    What experience and skills does a Senior Enterprise Account Manager need to be successful here?:
    • 10+ years' experience selling to C-Suite/Executive level B2B organizations; non-profit organization experience preferred
    • Proven success in a strategic sales role managing relationships with Enterprise customers; knowledge and skill in how to successfully influence and persuade others by understanding how their individual needs and motivations link to goals
    • Proficiency utilizing CRMs and/or sales tools required
    • An engaging, empathetic communication style, who motivates and inspires them to achieve results
    • Exceptional presentation skills with an ability to flex presentation style to needs of the audience
    • High Emotional Intelligence, with the ability to see the bigger picture. They can see problems before they happen
    • Ability to lead a team without a title
