Must be willing to do up to 25% overnight travel.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Perform revenue cycle management duties as neededManage a team of 20-25 direct reportsSupport Operations in managing the off-shore vendor relationshipsIdentify any issues or trends and bring them to the attention of the management teamWork on special projects as assignedOther duties as assignedWhat are the requirements needed for this position?5+ years of experience in either physician revenue cycle management or hospital revenue cycle management5+ years of people management experience to include hiring, training, performance management, mentoring, etc.Experience managing off-shore teamsStrong analytical experience - must be able to dive into the data and understand what the data is telling you and then must be able to articulate the metrics, trends, etc. to different audiencesProject Management experience - must know how to run a project from beginning to end - establishing benchmarks, timeframes, budgets, etc. and must track project progress through MS Excel or another project tracking system like MS ProjectExperience in revenue cycle management process improvementStrong written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's Degree or 15+ years of relevant experienceWhat are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?How much should I expect to travel?This role will require up to 25% overnight travel.
