SUMMARY**Manages a small team of Digital & Technology professionals
responsible for the development, implementation, and operation of
technology systems.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES:****Manages, coaches, and trains a team of Digital
& Technology staff.****Plans, coordinates, and delegates work
assignments for D project team member across projects in Global
Finance OPEX Project portfolio.****Responsible for the oversight
and performance of D project status, meetings, reporting, scope
changes, financials, administrative, and technical
issues.****Manages project scope, change management, monitors
project progress and performance, and provides status reports to D
management and Project Sponsors, as required.****Serves as liaison
between client business team and CBRE D covering: D deliverables,
timelines, dependencies, and budgets.****Manages expectations of
sponsors, stakeholders, and team regarding scope of work and
responsibilities.****Develops requirements and cost projections for
projects.****Documents procedures and standards. Ensures staff
appropriately documents their work such as functional / technical
specification, development, or architectural designs.****Researches
and designs application development, infrastructure, or service
standards for D Project Delivery.****Serves as the digital &
technology liaison for the area of responsibility, primarily for
internal clients. Oversees digital & technology work orders and
service contracts and ensures issues are resolved.****Performs
other duties as assigned.****SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**Provides
formal supervision to individual employees within single functional
or operational area. Approves subordinate's recommendations for
staff recruitment, selection, promotion, advancement, corrective
action and termination. Effectively recommends same for direct
reports to next level management for review and approval. Plans and
monitors appropriate staffing levels and utilization of labor,
including overtime. Prepares and delivers performance appraisal for
staff. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop
competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are
consistent with the company's values.**QUALIFICATIONS**To perform

functions.**EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:****Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
from four-year college or university and a minimum of six to ten
years****of related experience and/or training. Experience with
supporting or implementing PeopleSoft Finance (FSCM) is strongly
preferred.****CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES**MCSE and CNE
Certification preferred where warranted**COMMUNICATION
SKILLS**Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most
complex business and systems documentation. Ability to describe
technical issues in a way that others in D will be able to
understand and act upon them. Ability to respond effectively to the
most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches
and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and
persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients,
top management and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and
negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and
client groups to take desired action.**FINANCIAL
KNOWLEDGE**Requires in-depth knowledge of financial terms and
principles. Ability to calculate complex figures. Ability to
forecast and prepare budgets. Conducts financial/business analysis
including the preparation of reports.**REASONING ABILITY**Ability
to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in
complex situations. Requires expert level analytical and
quantitative skills with proven experience in developing strategic
solutions for a growing matrix-based environment. Draws upon the
analysis of others and makes recommendations that have a direct
impact on the company.**OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES****SCOPE OF
RESPONSIBILITY**Decisions made with in-depth understanding and
interpretation of procedures, company policies and business
practices to achieve general results. Responsible for setting
department deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause long-term impact
