Position Summary
The Talent Development Manager is a new role and part of the
growing Hub South People Strategy team. This role is accountable
for crafting and delivering people processes to maximize the
employee and leadership experience at HUB International.
The Talent Development Manager will have ownership for partnering
with the People Strategy team to design, deliver, and continuously
improve specific talent and organizational development initiatives
(which may include career development, employee engagement,
leadership development, succession, workforce planning) that align
with HUB's broader talent strategy. This role will ensure we create
talent solutions that are scalable and flexible for our offices.
The Talent Development Manager may also facilitate various
leadership and employee sessions across other HUB Regions.
This position may be located anywhere within the Southeast US and
ideally in close proximity to a HUB office; remote/office hybrid
schedule flexibility is available.
