POSITION Associate Category Manager, Stoneware, Tabletop
REPORTS TO Category Manager

WHO YOU ARESince 1925, our product has been the lifeblood of Le Creuset, and as the Associate Manager of Stoneware and Tabletop, you are responsible for supporting product development strategies that will enable us to achieve our growth objectives. You will influence and achieve success through extensive collaboration with internal partners, external customers, manufacturing, management and global partners. You achieve success through your proven ability to support your enthusiasm and pasion with analytical rigor, fueling our new product development funnel across all possible culinary industry channels from residential to professional.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY1. Support the general management and strategic program development

  • Ensure that all product and program tracking tools are maintained and optimized for communication and management efficiency.
  • Leverage trend research resources to define color/pattern/etc. executions to reinforce our leadership position.
  • Partner with sourcing and manufacturing to ensure that innovation timelines are accurate and meet commercial needs and maximize opportunities.
  • Identify and surface research sources to gain consumer insights that will fuel development opportunities.
  • Maintain tracking and assessment of competitive products and emerging trends that are delivering sales in all direct and ancillary categories.
  • Provide analytical rigor to support the development process and portfolio optimization.
    2. Ensure the accuracy of all promotional, communication and marketing programs.
    • Partner closely with the merchandising, channel and customer leads on the annual promotional plans that align to growth objectives.
    • Support the execution of all go-to-market planning for: new product launches promotions, communication and marketing activity.
    • Support all channels with product education, training and support.3. Lead via influence, participation and collaboration
      • Actively collaborate with global counterparts for sharing ideas, direction and best practices.
      • Focus on continues learning and development of the manufacturing process and techniques associated with the areas of responsibility.
        • College degree in marketing or other related field
        • 2-4 years' relevant experience
        • Detail oriented with strong analytical and creative skills
        • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
        • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
        • Excellent PC skills with priority on Excel and PowerPoint
