  • Have a proven track record of leading a successful sales team. -
  • Ensure the delivery of sales targets through team training, individual recognition, performance review, people management and reward. -
  • Provide weekly feedback to Sales team. -
  • Analyze monthly sales outcomes and create reports for upper management -
  • Own and direct region of design showrooms day-to-day operations and team performance in partnership with Branch Managers, Regional Managers and Directors. -
  • Have a proven track record of identifying, recruiting and hiring talented sales reps. -
  • Accept full responsibility for developing self and team while holding team members accountable. -
  • Effectively lead high-performance sales teams to build new client contacts and maintain existing relationships. -
  • Have the ability to grow and develop business through social media and grass roots marketing efforts. -
  • Develop sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of regional sales programs. -
  • Think strategically with the ability to prioritize while keeping the big picture and goals in mind. -
  • Maintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies and establishing personal networks. -
  • Possess strong technology and marketing skills. - -

      • Ability to travel weekly within region.

          With our generous bonus-based compensation plan, your income is limited only by the amount of effort you apply. In addition to your bonus compensation, there are other leadership development and reward opportunities. The potential income range for our experienced Triton Stone Group Regional Showroom Managers with commissions is $100,000+/year.
