Job Description:

Innovative Concessions Enterprises, LLC, a major distributor of Dippin' Dots Ice Cream and other specialty food and beverage products and services. We have been in the fun food business for over 25 years serving everyone from your local convenience store to your favorite Major League Team. We have an immediate opening for a Territory Account Manager in our North Florida Region.

*Position Objective and Description: *The primary purpose of this position is to develop and manage established, as well as, new customers, by selling food and non-food items to achieve sales and profitability goals. This position maintains and grows sales of food and beverage products to the mass retail, entertainment, and leisure and/or management and contract groups for assigned territory. The focus of the territory account manager is to help the company's customers succeed while achieving sales and profit goals established by the company.

*Responsibilities*: The job duties will consist of, but are not limited to the following:

--- Responsible for maintenance and identification of new sales opportunities within existing accounts.

--- Make sales calls and presentations as often as necessary to maintain a solid customer relationship and as required to increase sales/penetration.

--- Increase sales through account penetration by analyzing current sales and volume, planning sales calls and following up.

--- Utilize product knowledge, return on investment (ROI) and analytical research tools (i.e., BMobile and Salesforce) and sales training resources to effectively target new prospects and opportunities.

--- Continuously monitor assigned accounts and take corrective action, as needed, to maintain and improve overall customer satisfaction.

--- Regularly communicate with assigned accounts regarding new products and services, company changes, holiday schedules, item changes, and new sales opportunities.

--- Update customer about any pricing/ item changes or information.

--- Immediately notify the management team if an existing account is in jeopardy of discontinuing service or issues remain unresolved regardless of attempts to correct the situation.

--- Regularly interact and communicate with various internal departments to provide vital information that may be necessary for servicing the customer. This may include advance notification to merchandising of changes, increased or decreased product movement, new business, changes in proprietary product or other related information.

--- Provide advance notification to operations about new customers or any other changes that may affect customer orders or delivery.

--- Assists in the set-up of new accounts including the creation of customer order guides, obtaining new account applications, setting up price-schedules, establish order/delivery schedules, implement customer/vendor pricing agreements, create files, etc.

--- Coordinate with each appropriate department to meet or exceed the customer's expectations.

*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: *

- Must have all sales skills necessary to independently prospect assigned geographic territory, probe to discover needs, present solutions, and secure new business.

- Must be able to maintain a high level of productivity through careful time management across assigned territory.

- Must establish complete understanding of all products and services.

- Valid Driver's license with the ability to travel within the local area, including customer visits, district visits, and trade shows

*Education and Experience Required: *

--- High school education or equivalent required. College degree preferred.

--- 3 years sales experience preferred with a demonstrated record of sales success and goal attainment

--- Commercial / industrial sales experience preferred

Supplemental Pay:

* Commission pay

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
