The safety of employees should be considered your number one priority every day Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management on construction projects Report to Concrete Project Manager and/or Division Manager Supervisor sets the working hours Salaried position CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification are a benefit Successful pre-employment background check for LMC and all military bases is required Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen for LMC and site-specific projects is required Participation in and support of Drug/Alcohol Free workplace 3-Year DMV Report required for driving company vehicles as per LMC and insurance guidelines TWIC card for special projects may be required

  • Assist Project Manager and General Superintendent with project tasks
  • Generate and document RFI's and submittals
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and implementation
  • Assist with project cost management including buyout, invoicing, and monthly cost reports
  • Ensure projects are built to contract plans and specifications and preform project quality inspections.
  • Review and approve daily field logs
  • Maintain and distribute project documents for multiple projects.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with project teams, general contractors, engineers, and owners PM22 Position Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering desired Minimum 1-5 years of construction experience as an Assistant Project Manager or equivalent Knowledge of principals, methods, and standards of the designated trade's area Experience in the use and methods of tools and equipment commonly employed with the trade Ability to read and understand plans and specifications Performs work in accordance with standards and specifications Equal Opportunity Employer
