startup.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a clear vision and strategy aligned with market
trends and customer needs
Recruit and empower a high-performing team to drive company
success
Oversee product development, market positioning, financial
management, risk assessment, and customer experience
Qualifications:
Experience as a GM or C-level executive in successful
organizations
Passion for enhancing the travel booking experience
Proven ability to build and lead teams, manage a P&L, and
represent a brand externally
Deep curiosity, learning mindset, and focus on consumer needs
Preferably, experienced in the travel industry
