SteadyMD is a telehealth platform that focuses on fostering high-quality relationships between patients and clinicians. Our flagship service offers patients a long-term relationship with their own personal doctor, completely online. In addition, we also power telehealth operations for leading healthcare organizations.We are looking for responsible, well-respected independently licensed counselors, therapists, social workers and psychologists to work closely with our platform partners to provide virtual counseling visits (video and/or chat based) and other services to patients throughout the country. This is a part-time position requiring the providers to work 5-20 hours a week.SteadyMD is dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce. If you share our values, SteadyMD is a good place to be.Responsibilities* Conduct virtual therapy visits for patients with anxiety, depression and other mental health conditions (including but not limited to stress, relationships, health concerns, etc.)* Ability to develop rapport and sustain therapeutic relationships* Utilize evidence-based approaches to treatment consistent with health/mental health integration and responsive to personal factors in treatment engagement* Provide culturally competent services that are individualized to client needs and reflect the integration of race, ethnicity, culture, primary language, immigration status, sexuality, age, and gender* Ask intuitive questions* Maintain a comprehensive record of the patient's complete physical and mental health history* Cultivate a climate of trust and compassion between patients and providers* Ability to develop and executive treatment plans based on evidence based practices, and informed by objective data* Willingness for collaboration with SteadyMD medical providersRequirements* Must hold an advanced degree from an accredited institution in the mental health field (MA, PsyD, PhD, etc.)* Must be actively licensed in a US state (LCSW, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, etc.)* Two years of practice experience preferred* Demonstrated experience with diverse adults receiving mental health treatment* Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based practice; experience with mindfulness-based approaches highly preferred* Excellent oral and written communication skills* Respect for patient confidentiality* Compassionate and approachable* Responsible and trustworthyBenefits* Remote work with flexible hours* Startup environment focused on real healthcare innovation and disrupting the status quo
