About The Position We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) specializing in anesthesiology for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in West Virginia. This opportunity begins on Dec 1, 2025, with day shifts Monday through Friday, offering a consistent schedule and exposure to a wide variety of surgical cases. Job Details - Location: West Virginia - Start Date: Dec 1, 2025 - LOA: 120 days - Provider Type Needed: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist - Anesthesiology - Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (3-4 weeks/month); option for alternating 4-day weeks (Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday); daily breaks throughout the day Responsibilities and Duties - Provide anesthesia services across 15 operating rooms and 5 endoscopy sites - Deliver care for a broad range of case types including orthopedic, general surgery, endoscopy, gastrointestinal, potential endoscopy, hips, spinal, ENT, dental, gynecology, and other specialties - Exclude cases involving craniotomy, cardiac, or critically ill pediatric patients - Work collaboratively with the surgical and perioperative team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes - Maintain accurate documentation using the Epic EMR system - Adhere to required certifications, including ACLS, BLS, and PALS Additional Information - Valid West Virginia license required - Must hold current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications - Experience with a range of surgical case types is essential - Ability to adapt to a structured daily schedule with regular breaks Benefits - Strong compensation - Travel-related expenses covered - A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided - Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
