29425 (South Carolina healthcare jobs) - Facility: Main Operating
Room, Level I Trauma Center, Academic Teaching Hospital -
Assignment Length: 13-week travel nursing contract - Start Date:
November 3, 2025 - Shifts: 3x12-hour day shifts (06:30 – 19:00);
typically Saturday, Sunday, plus one weekday - Hours per Week: 36 -
Estimated Weekly Salary: $1530-$1640 - On-Call: No call required -
Weekend Requirement: Up to one working weekend shift every 4 weeks
- Holiday Requirement: At least one major holiday period (Christmas
or New Year’s) - Floating: May float within scope to meet facility
needs - Charting System: EPIC - Scrub Color: Provided Registered
Nurse Qualifications - Active South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact
Registered Nurse license (must be active prior to start) - BLS
certification required - Radiation badge (provided by agency) -
Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience required (2
years strongly preferred) - Experience in Level I Trauma Center
preferred - Scrub nurse experience strongly preferred - Ability to
float within scope as needed - First-time travel nurses accepted -
Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted) OR RN
Responsibilities - Circulate and scrub for diverse surgical
procedures, including trauma, transplant, orthopedic, neurosurgery,
ENT, GU-GYN, and robotic surgeries - Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary healthcare team in a fast-paced, nurse-driven
environment - Maintain patient safety and infection control
standards throughout perioperative care - Accurately document
patient care using EPIC electronic health records - Participate in
orientation and complete required training modules prior to start -
Demonstrate flexibility to float to similar units as needed -
Deliver compassionate care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric
