Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: MRI Technologist - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 12/08/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 35 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Title: MRI Technologist (Float) Location: Charleston, SC Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Nights, 3x12 hours (19:00–07:30), Friday–Sunday Job responsibilities and all required and preferred skills and requirements: - Perform MRI examinations for inpatient, emergency, and outpatient settings across multiple buildings on campus. - Operate MRI equipment (Siemens experience required). - Maintain patient safety and follow imaging protocols aligned with Level I Trauma and teaching hospital standards. - Deliver quality imaging for varied patient populations; pediatric experience preferred. - Certifications required: BLS and ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT. - Minimum 1 year of MRI experience required; first-time travelers accepted. - No on-call required; floating within scope is required. - Must adhere to all facility RTO rules and guaranteed hours policy (facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks). - Radiation badge not required.
