qualified NICU RN in Charleston, South Carolina, 29425! Pay
Information $1,833 per week About The Position Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Neonatal Intensive
Care Unit (NICU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift:
12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience
required. Level IV NICU experience preferred, will consider Level
III NICU experience on a case-by-case basis. License: Must possess
an active RN license in South Carolina or a Multi-State/Compact
State RN license. Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
required. Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
required. Must-Have: Ability to float within scope to meet facility
needs. Willingness to work 4 weekend shifts per 4-week period, with
holiday rotation. Experience with patient ratios of 1:2, 1:3, or
1:4, depending on acuity. Description: The Registered Nurse
provides individualized, goal-directed patient care to families and
patients. This role utilizes the principles and practices of the
nursing process. Delivers safe and effective care while interacting
with other members of the healthcare team. Supports the care of
premature and sick neonates, including those with respiratory
distress and surgical conditions. Provides medical and surgical
care alongside respiratory and nutritional support. Involves
monitoring beds and support for ECMO, CRRT, and pediatric
palliative care as needed. Engages in a collaborative environment
