Job Description:
As part of MUSC Health’s nationally recognized Center for
Telehealth, the Virtual Dermatology team plays a vital role in
expanding access to expert skin care across the state. Physicians
will provide remote dermatologic consultations for a wide spectrum
of skin conditions, supporting both urban and rural populations.
This position focuses on ambulatory tele-dermatology, including
asynchronous (store-and-forward) and synchronous (live video)
visits. The team will include (1) Physician, (2) Advanced Practice
Providers, and support staff. Applicants Should: - Be Board
Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology - Hold, or be eligible
for, licensure in the State of South Carolina - Have experience or
a strong interest in tele-dermatology and digital health innovation
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a commitment to

program is a state and regional leader in the diagnosis and
treatment of complex skin diseases, skin cancers, autoimmune
conditions, and cosmetic dermatology. MUSC Dermatology is also
actively engaged in research, resident education, and outreach
programs aimed at improving dermatologic health across South
Carolina. As part of MUSC Health’s Telemedicine network—one of only
two HRSA-designated National Telehealth Centers of
Excellence—Virtual Dermatology physicians will help shape the
