Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/05/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours - Employment Type: Travel Job Title Ambulatory Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) Location Charleston, SC Estimated Pay Package: Up to $ 1838.83 per week*The above pay package is an estimate, please contact our team to put together your personalized pay package, as a variety of factors can influence your total pay.* Duration 13 week Shift - Day Shift - 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM) - One late week every 4 weeks as needed to complete cases - No weekends - No on-call required Key Responsibilities - Provide perioperative nursing care for ambulatory surgical patients in a fast-paced operating room setting - Assist with surgical procedures including Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, ENT, GYN, GU, Endocrine, and Surgical Oncology - Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety throughout surgical procedures - Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the perioperative care team to support efficient case flow - Precept and mentor perioperative staff as needed within the operating room Required Qualifications - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license - Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience - Experience working in an ambulatory OR setting - Ability to float within the perioperative department as needed Current Certifications - NBSTSA - BLS - Radiation badge (must be provided by parent company) Preferred Qualifications - Experience in multiple surgical specialties including Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, ENT, GYN, GU, Endocrine, and Surgical Oncology - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Previous experience precepting or training staff Distance Requirement - Local candidates accepted - Must reside 60 miles or more from the facility HonorVet Technologies Job ID 31557396.
