ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in Charleston, South Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/26/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - PICU Job Details: • Work 3x12 hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM • Up to 5 weekend shifts per schedule including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday • Holiday requirement if contract falls during holiday periods • Patient ratios vary from 1:1, 1:2, to 1:3 depending on ICU and step-down patient mix • Float within scope to meet facility needs • 2 years of PICU experience required • ECMO and CRRT experience preferred • South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license required • Required certifications: BLS and PALS (American Heart Association only) • Provide intensive and intermediate care to children ages 0-18 • Care for patients with medical and surgical diagnoses including respiratory compromise, trauma, post-operative cases, and neurology/neurosurgery • Work with ventilatory and cardiac support, ECMO/CRRT, dialysis, and complex supportive therapies • 12 hours of orientation provided • EPIC charting system • Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks • Must submit all requested time off at time of application • During hurricane season (June-November), may be assigned to emergency response teams Facility: This healthcare organization operates as a Level I Trauma Center and Magnet-designated teaching facility with 820 staffed beds.
