Job Description:
Coverage Needed: Cover 2 locations Shift Types: Day Shift: 7:00
am - 7:00 pm Night Call: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am Exact Dates: 1/15 and
1/17 7am or 1/16 7pm 1/22 7a to 1/27 7a 2/3 7a to 2/10 7a Clinical
Information: APP will round at one site Facility has tele neuro for
initial strokes provided by an outside company Average Daily
Census: 20 EMR: Patient Keeper and Meditech Inpatient consult
service only Consults include stroke, seizure, EEG interpretation
and reading along with other Neurological conditions APP
supervision required The practice provides comprehensive services
to the Neuro ICU, ED, Medical Floor and EEG reads Required: DEA
must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be
willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of
privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in
state for the duration of privileges being active BLS Active SC
License Must be board certified or board eligible
